When you send an appointment request or consent form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, procedure date, service and area, and any notes you choose to add.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, schedule and provide services, and keep records of your consent. We do not sell your personal information.

How it is delivered

Form submissions are sent by email to Shapes by Lou. The booking form has an optional private health information section. Share only what is needed, since forms are delivered by email.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to Instagram and Google. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Photos

Photos of clients are shared only with client authorization.
