Booking

Appointments are requested through this website and confirmed directly by Lou. Your appointment is confirmed once Lou has replied with the date, time and location.

Deposit & payment

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book. Payment methods: Zelle or cash. The deposit is not refundable. No online payment is processed on this website.

Rescheduling & cancellation

Please contact Lou as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so the time can be offered to another client. Any deposit or cancellation terms are shared with you when your appointment is confirmed.

Your surgeon comes first

Always follow your surgeon’s instructions, including when to begin sessions. Lou may ask about your procedure and recovery stage before confirming.

Transportation

Transportation must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
