Shapes by Lou specializes in mobile post-op lymphatic massages and recovery support following cosmetic surgery. Additional services include Shower & Faja Assistance and Post-Op Transportation. Services are available throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.

We come to you! Sessions can take place at your home, hotel, Airbnb, or other recovery location within our service area.

Post-op lymphatic massages typically begin the day after surgery. However, every procedure and recovery is different, and your surgeon may recommend a different start time. Always follow your surgeon’s instructions. Once you are cleared to begin, your sessions will be personalized based on your procedure, stage of recovery, and individual needs.

Every recovery is different, but I generally recommend starting with 10 consistent sessions, especially during the early stages of recovery. After your initial sessions, another 10 sessions may be spaced out, such as every other day, depending on your progress, procedure, and individual needs.

If you’re traveling to South Florida for surgery, I recommend arranging continued post-op massages as soon as possible when you return home so there isn’t a long gap in your recovery care.

If you’re cleared by your surgeon, scheduling a massage before traveling or flying home can also help you feel more comfortable before your trip. Always follow your surgeon’s recommendations and any travel restrictions they provide.

Submit an appointment request through the Book section of the website. Once your request is received, Lou will contact you to confirm availability, service details, and your deposit. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm your appointment.

Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

We currently accept Zelle and cash. Payments are not processed directly through the website.

Yes. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a consent form that must be carefully read and signed before your first service. Services cannot begin until the required consent form has been completed.

Yes. Your privacy is important to us. Personal and health-related information provided during the booking and consent process is kept confidential and used only as necessary to evaluate and provide your requested services.

Because Shapes by Lou is a mobile service and travels from client to client, arrival times may occasionally change due to traffic, travel distance, or the needs of the previous client. Please allow some flexibility with your appointment time. If there is a significant delay or change, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you updated.

Yes. Shower & Faja Assistance is available for clients who need additional support during recovery. This service should be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

Yes. Post-op transportation is available by advance request and is subject to availability. Transportation may include pick-up after surgery and transportation to your home, hotel, Airbnb, or recovery location. Medication pick-up and drop-off may also be available when arranged in advance.

Photos or videos may be taken to document your recovery progress. Your permission is required before your content is used for promotional purposes. You may allow your content to be shared, request that your face or identifying features be hidden or blurred, or decline promotional use completely. Declining promotional use will not affect the services you receive.

No. Shapes by Lou provides non-medical post-operative recovery support. Our services do not replace medical treatment, medical advice, or instructions from your surgeon or healthcare provider.
