At Shapes by Lou, we prioritize exceptional service. Due to limited availability, we have a strict no-refund policy, and all sales are final.

SESSION TERMINATION

If the Client feels unwell or requests to end the session early, the session will be terminated immediately. The Client acknowledges that terminated sessions are considered complete, and no makeup sessions will be provided.

POLICY TERMS

– Rescheduling_: 24-hour notice required; no last-minute changes.

– Cancellation_: Day-of cancellations require 24-hour notice for rescheduling.

– Deposit Refund_: Non-refundable deposits.

– Payment Methods_: Cash and Zelle only.

– Scheduling_: Appointment times subject to change; confirmation sent the day before.
